He is survived by: his daughters, Janyia Edmond of Lafayette, LA and Jeanay Blackwell of Bayton, Texas; his mother Clara Lee Blackwell; his sisters, Stacy Blackwell and Tonya Martin (James) of Lafayette, LA; his nieces, Courtney Blackwell of Brooklyn, NY and Shaina Howard of Houston, TX; his nephew James Martin, Jr. of Lafayette, LA; his great-niece Semaj Martin; his aunts, Eva Mae Edmond and Ruth Alexander (Cleveland) of Lafayette, LA; his godchildren, Alacia Alexander, Calasia Thibodeaux, Gregory Roberts and Kholbee Caldwell; and his cousins, Noah Mitchell and Ladarius Noel. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
