She is survived by: her children, Richard Chamberlain (Kristin) of Crown Point, IN, Sarah Chamberlain O'Reilly (James) of Valparaiso, IN and Jessica Chamberlain Dwyer of Valparaiso, IN; her stepson Jared Shawn Milliman of Austin, TX; and her brother John T. Welch (Milissa) of Maurice, LA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous dear friends.
