She is survived by: her sons, Clay Carter (Amber), John Carter (Brandy) and Ronnie Carter (Tammy); her grandchildren, Brandon Carter, MacKenzie Carter, Megan Carter and Kennedy Sittig; her great grandchild Paisley; and her siblings, Dave Tevis and Jearry Tevis.
