She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Ducote; her parents, Aldes Soileau and Aline Vidrine Soileau; her son-in-law David Branch; and her sister Louri "Lou" Soileau Cavallero.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Ducote Poole of Lafayette and Timothy Ducote (Jenene) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Branch (Jenny), Jason Branch (Sara), Jacob Poole (Melissa), Benjamin Poole, Brittany Necaise and Janna Viator (BJ). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
