He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Sam-Carmouche and Joseph Carmouche of Lafayette, LA; his siblings, Demarcus, Jemone Carmouche of Lafayette, LA and Tyra (Jerrith Martin) of Lafayette, LA; his nephews, Reagan Martin of Lafayette, LA, Oliver Martin of Lafayette, LA and Jeremiah Paul of Lafayette, LA; his godchildren, Mega and Malani of Lafayette, LA; his aunts and uncles, Drusilla Sam of Lafayette, LA, Dana Sam-Bruno of Lafayette, LA, Kimberly (Deramus George) of Miami, FL, Gregory Sam of Lafayette, LA, Kevin Carmouche (Angie) of Lafayette, LA and Dwight Sam of Boston, MA; his grandmothers, Dorothy Sam of Lafayette, LA and Elizabeth Sam of Lafayette, LA; and his godparents, Peggy Chaisson of Carencro, LA and Joe Cormier of Lafayette, LA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St Anthony Catholic Church (615 Edison St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
