Rubin, Wilson Jr. Sam (Mistie), Cynthia Richard (Phillip), Jimmy Sam (Elizabeth) and Lorenzo Sam (Carolyn). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and one special nephew.
