She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermann Richter and Eunice Myers; her husband William Hammill, Sr.; and her grandson Nicholas Fontenot. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Rodgers (Scott), Susan Toner, William Hammill (Elizabeth Hammill) and Dana Hammill (Bridget Quebodeaux); her grandchildren, Rachel Rodgers, Jessica Toner, Cole Toner (Brittany), Candie Sutherland (Clayton), Connor Hammill, Isabella Hammill, Jackson Hammill and Roman Hammill; and her great grandchildren, Henri, Ellis, Alexis Fontenot and Truitt Sutherland.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Lafayette (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506).
