With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Miller of Lafayette, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As George departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved George. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Lee Joseph Miller and Claylie Benton Miller; and his brother Pierre Miller, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Claylie Miller Sonnier; his grandchildren, Treylin Lanclos, Rylan Miller and Aislynn Wortman; and his siblings, Inez Miller-Gibbs of Missouri, Anthony Miller of Texas, Catherine Miller of Louisiana and Joseph Lee Miller of North Dakota. He is also survived by his five nephews and two nieces; his numerous cousins; as well as his many friends.
