He is survived by: his children, Elie Alex, Jr., Thomas Craig Alex of Lafayette, Jerome Alex of Atlanta, GA and Tonia Thomas (Darrell) of Princeton, TX; his grandchildren, Patrick Alex of Long Beach, CA, Dariel Thomas Rose (Sederick) of Princeton, TX, Tylan Thomas of Princeton, TX, Doria Thomas of Princeton, TX, Landon Alex of Atlanta, GA and Ian Alex of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchildren, Alzader Rose of Princeton, TX and Amari Rose of Princeton, TX; and his siblings, Raymond Alex of Lafayette, Curtis Alex of Stockholm, Switzerland, Katherine Alex of Lafayette and Irma Alex of Lafayette.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
