He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Eulalie McNicoll Guinn; and his siblings, Johnnie Marie Guinn Carter (Bob), Gene Guinn (Jean), Helen Frances, Walter Guinn (Faye) and Thomas Guinn (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Voinche Guinn of Lafayette; his children, Jennifer Carol Guinn Romero (Don) of Lafayette and Barry Michael Guinn (Laura) of Ruston; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Guinn, Michael Guinn, David Romero and Matthew Romero. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
