With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bryce Gerard Mouton in Lafayette, Louisiana, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2024 at the age of 50. He was predeceased by: his father Peter Whitney; and his grandparents, Elva, Henry Lewis, Leila and Peter Whitney Mouton Sr..
He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Mouton; and his brothers, Pete Mouton, Terrance Savoy and Marcus Simmons. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kinchen Funeral Home, Inc. (1011 N St Antoine St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church (145 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Lafayette, LA 70501). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery (355 Teurlings Dr, Lafayette, LA 70501).
He was extremely talented and worked in many fields during his life including: chemical manufacturing, oil production, transportation and logistics, and made significant contributions to the music industry.
