He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne Hollier Lampman of Lafayette; his parents, Frank Milton Lampman and Mayme Hayter Lampman; and his grandparents, Levi Arthur Lampman, Leota Lula Kenison, Elisha Edmund Hayter and Mary Elizabeth Walling.

He is survived by: his sister Beverly Mae Hoover of Gazelle, CA.; his children, Tami Diane Lampman Diaz and Steven Miles Lampman (Linda Touchet Lampman); his stepsons, Dennis Todd May (Cheryl Massa May) and Alan Kent May (Alex Lopez); his grandchildren, Amy Lampman Conatser, Erich Lampman (Jordon Moeller-Lampman), James Travis Hunter, Lyndsey Scott Hunter (Holly DeLeon-Hunter), Lauren May and Katie May Nickel (Cody Nickel); his great grandchildren, Mark Alan Leon, Lorynn Lejeune, Taryn Lejeune, Grayson Miles Lampman, Elijah Cohen Lampman, Memphis Mae Hunter and Evelyn May Nickel; his great great grandchild Emmett Lejeune; his niece Sheryl Kiebler; his nephew Jeffery Miles DeLange; his half-brothers, Ralph Milton Lampman Thorntson and Robert Lampman; his parents-in-law, Vernell Breeding Hollier and Warren Joseph Hollier; his brother-in-law James Trent Hollier; and his son-in-law Charles Diaz.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Lafayette (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506).

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations and charitable giving be made to Hospice of Acadiana.
