He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Whatley and Bessie Rodrigue Whatley; and his sister-in-law Linda Whatley. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Whatley Casillas (Ralph) of Abita Springs, LA and Emily Mangipano of Lacombe, LA; his grandchild Shelby Casillas; and his siblings, Stanley Whatley of Buffalo, NY, Pamala Hartman (Malcolm) of Belle Chasse, LA and Nancy Talley (Pat) of Abita Springs, LA..

Because of his lifetime support of many organizations, donations can also be made to those in his name.
