Dickinson (Joseph Gaudin Jr.) and Paul Dominick Bartholomew Sr.; his grandchildren, Christopher Sparnecht (Brianna Sparnecht), George Everett Dickinson (Victoria Bourgeois), Paul Dominick Bartholomew Jr. (Taren Cramer), Dylan John Preston Dickinson and Ryan Paul Bartholomew; his great grandchildren, Arabella Bartholomew, Connor Sparnecht, Adaline Sparnecht, Karson Bartholomew, Briella Bartholomew and Karter Bartholomew; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brielynn Dysart and Chloe Bourgeois; his siblings, Wilhelmina Shaffett, Winston Bartholomew, Jackie Bartholomew, Myron Bartholomew, Vanessa Crescioni, Miriam Kruger, Rachel Touchet, Faye Chaussy, Ercel Bartholomew, Mary Duhe and Kevin Bartholomew; his fiancée Carole Ducote; and his grandchildren, Thomas Ducote and Logan Ducote. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Preston's family would like to express their sincere appreciation to his youngest brother, Kevin, for saving Preston's life by donating a kidney to him, allowing him another 22 years of life.
