The memory of Mary F. Barraco of Lacombe, Louisiana, who passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Folks and Clotteal Folks; her brother Willis L "Lavern" Folks; her grandchild Roxy Wagner; and her great grandchild Aurora Folks.
She is survived by: her husband Jacob Barraco; her children, Earl Folks (Terry), Sharon Folks, Maria Barraco-Bacon (Michael) and Johnny Barraco (Jackie); and her siblings, Haskell Folks, Goldie Hayes and Julie English (Scott). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital on behalf of Mary Barraco.
