He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Shands, Sr. and Louise B. Shands. He is survived by: his wife Eunice; his cousin Shands; his sister Lynn King; his brother-in-law Forrest; his cousin Yolonda (Paul); his sisters-in-law, Kathern Carroll (Charles) and Alice; his godchild Ashlyn Narcisse; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives, cousins and friends.
