She is survived by: her children, Daniel Faughn (Emily) and Erika Spinks (John); her grandchildren, Samantha Faughn (Chris), Dylan Faughn (Rachel), Jeremy Spinks (DeAnna), Lauren Cruz (Bradley), Stephanie Cozad (Tyler), Katie James (Cameron) and April Jones; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Tucker, Delilah, Kallie, William and Cainen. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
