He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Westley and Addie Dickson Westley; his daughter Barbara Johnson; his granddaughter Ronisha Scott; his mother-in-law Stella Mae Scott; and his brother-in-law Junuis Scott Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Estelle Scott Westley; his children, John Scott, Patrice Jones (Kendell), Nora Scott, Carl Westley, Michelle Harris and Eric Westley; his father-in-law Junuis Scott Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Pastor Tyrone Scott Sr., Jerome Scott Sr., Melvin Scott, Barbara Robertson, Patsy Cassie and Regina Bowman. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
