He is survived by: his friend Melvin Paul Aizen Sr.; his wife Augustine "Tee" Hebert Aizen; his daughters, Reva Nunnery (David) of Labadieville, Regina Clouatre (Randy) of St. Amant and Rhonda Aizen of St. Amant; his grandchildren, Melvin "Ike" Aizen Jr. (Joy) of Labadieville, John Achee, Elizabeth Blanchard Clouatre, Dollie Plaisance, Gregory Achee, Jeremy Aizen, Anna Nunnery Martinez, Whitney, Randy Jr., Danny, Gregory Clouatre, Lauren Clouatre Brazan and Jeffery Nunnery; his great grandchildren, Trey, Chloe, Dylan, Zoey, Brennan, Sadie, Wesley, Sofia, Jude, Jae, Jeremiah, Gabe, Inzlee, Thomas, Luke, Mason and Emile; and his sister Shirley Aizen.
