He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sr. Woods and Lillian Woods; and his sister Charlene Woods. He is survived by: his children, Mark Smith (April), Sherry Woods Blackmon (Julius Jr.) and Latisha Woods; his siblings, Clarence Jr., Leroy (Loretta), Kenneth, Larry (Deidra), Kevin (Chalain), Michael Woods, Beverly Poindexter (Sidney) and Linda Woods; and his grandchildren, Sherimeka Woods, Tisherica Davis, Eric Davis Jr., Julaya Blackmon and Julian Blackmon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
