He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude Miller Williams; his parents, Roberta Williams and Walter Williams; his grandson Travontae Williams; and his siblings, Clarence Williams, Sr., Harry Williams, Walter Williams and Bessie Mae Coleman.
He is survived by: his children, Lloyd Williams, Jr. (Mary), Margaret Dorsey, Janice Batiste (Alfred, Sr.), Gary Williams (Shawn), Tora Broomfield (Kenneth), Kerry Williams, Regina Williams, Judy Williams and Stacey Williams. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; a host of, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Baptist Church (106 HWY 1014, LABADIEVILLE, LA).
