He was predeceased by: his father Ulis Meads Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Meads; his daughters, Amber and Amaya Meads; his mother Rose Meads; and his siblings, Doris Johnson, Cheryl Meads, Ulis Meads Jr., Lancy Meads, Arthur Meads and Clarence Meads. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
