He was predeceased by: his wife Beryl Chauvin Gros; his parents, Sylvestre James and Euphrosie Ayo Gros; and his siblings, Maud Gros, Jacque Gros, Gertrude Lutz, Mae Dietzway and Dave Gros.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Cavalier (Rick), Julie Martines (Paul) and Cathy G. Stegall; his grandchildren, Jacob Boudreaux (Kayla), Charles, Clint Stegall, Aaron Martines (Kainan), Hannah White (Zack) and Colby Stegall (Phuong); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Luke, Mia Boudreaux, Danzi Leigh Cavalier, Sawyer, Nora, Rowan, Everly Stegall, Evelyn, Lillian White, Jack and Amelia Martines.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Family Home (1 hundred grandfather clocks as well). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
