She was predeceased by: her husband Weldon Joseph Himel; her parents, Louis Paul Diaz and Hattie Daigle Diaz; and her brother Louis Diaz, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert Himel, Alice Himel, Janet Benoit (David) and Angela Johnson (Michael); her grandchildren, Stacy Benoit (Brent Aucoin), Chad Bergeron and Wayne Benoit; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Colby Compeaux; and her brothers, Norman and Nolan Diaz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
