He is survived by: his wife Ethel Ratliff Willoughby; his children, Charles Bernard (Stacey), Oliver Bernard (Roxie) of Thibodaux, LA, Eric Bernard of Tunica, LA, James Smith of Labadieville, LA, Resmond Smith of Labadieville, LA, Desmond Smith of Labadieville, LA, Alice Williams of Napoleonville, LA., Lydia Bernard of Napoleonville, LA., Danielle Edwards (Kentrell) of Napoleonville, LA., Sandy Butler of Napoleonville, LA., Carol Butler of Napoleonville, LA. and Debbie Johnson of Labadieville; and his siblings, Myrtle Campbell of Thibodaux, LA, Lula Willoughby of Napoleonville, LA and Bernell Williams of Napoleonville, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
