He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Murphy; his adoptive children, Dorothy Fleanders, Mary Flanders and George Murphy (Lashana); and his sisters, Jeanetta Sheffie and Lillian Curtis (Raymond). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neices, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
