He was predeceased by: his parents, Caddie Blanchard, Sr. and Dolia Traigle Blanchard; and his brother Caddie "C. J.". He is survived by: his wife Patsy Landry Blanchard; his children, Kevin "Killer" Blanchard (Wendy) and Denise B. Hebert (Todd, Sr.); his grandchildren, Todd J. Hebert, Jr. and Ashley E. Hebert; and his siblings, Gilbert "Billy" Blanchard, Deanna B. Zeringue and Edna Mae B. Ordoyne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
