He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Feliciana; his parents, Alphonse Feliciana and Elenora Zeno; his stepchild Willie Bland, Jr.; and his siblings, Earline Feliciana and Webster Feliciana.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dorothy James (Pete), Ceola Bland, Ernest Bland, Cleo Bland (Louise), Sam Bland, Theresa Bland, Yvonne Gibson (Donald), Ruby Gillam (Milton) and Hordris Bland. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
