She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Beauregard Vicknair, Sr. and Elma Marie Weber; and her brother Joseph Beauregard Vicknair, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Larry Pickering; her sister Elma Mae Fabre (Vernon); and her children, Gordon Chris Pickering (Claire) and Christie M. Tregre (Glenn). She is also survived by brother-in-law, 3 sisters in-law, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
