He was predeceased by: his grandmother Louella Ardoin Hyatt; his niece Addyson Stelly; his uncle Timothy Dupre; and his grandfather J. B. Hyatt. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Green Stelly; his parents, Michael Stelly and Cynthia Stelly; his daughters, Chloe Taylor and Cassie Stelly; his siblings, Christopher Stelly (Joanie) and Halie Briley (Logan); his grandparents, Edward and Mary Stelly; and his nieces and nephews, Brett, Dillan, Baylee, Lilly, Nate, Kylie, Cullyn, Addy, Saige, Kaleb, Izzy and Zander.
In lieu of flowers, the Stelly family requests donations be made in Logan's name to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) or Children's Hospital New Orleans (CHNOLA).
