He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Stelly and Lelia Stelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Noel Stelly; his children, Kenneth Stelly, Michael Stelly (Cindy), David Stelly (Charlotte) and Becky Stelly Baker (Roger); his sister Bessie Bourdier; his half-brothers, Joseph D. Hooks and Bud Hooks; his grandson Logan Stelly; and his great grandchildren, Dillan Stelly and Addyson Stelly. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home (239 8th Ave, Krotz Springs, LA 70750). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
