She was predeceased by: her husband Ira "Boo" Paul Hooks, Jr.; her parents, Frank LaHaye and Priscilla Leger; her brother London LaHaye; her parents-in-law, Ira Hooks Sr. and Mary Stoute Hooks; and her siblings-in-law, Carl "Punkin" Hooks, Louis Wiltz and Kathy LaHaye.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Blake Hooks (Nicole), Jacob Paul Hooks (Abby) and Chasity Nicole Hooks (Steve); her sisters, Wiltz and Millie LaHaye; and her grandchildren, Brianna, Ryleigh, Addyson, Cheyenne, Baylee and Whitleigh.
