He is survived by: his wife Paulette Turner Hooks of Krotz Springs; his children, Tommy Hooks (Mindy) of Livonia, Todd Hooks (Lauren) of Leonville and Tiffany Ann Hooks of Krotz Springs; his siblings, Bobby Hooks (Glenda) of Zachary and Kittie Hooks of Krotz Springs; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Dubroc of Livonia, Grayson Hooks of Livonia, Gage Hooks of Livonia and Wyatt Hooks of Leonville.
