She was predeceased by: her husband Percy T. Cortez; her parents, Desire Larousse and Olena Larousse; her brothers, Hitray Larousse and Norbert Larousse; her grandson Dylan Cortez; and her son-in-law Carl "Mickey" Loupe.
She is survived by: her children, Farrell "Red" Cortez (Gwen) of Craig Cortez, SR. and Gwendolyn C. Loupe; and her siblings, Tracy Larousse, Danny Larousse, Lorraine Larousse and Renis Cortez. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
