He was predeceased by: his parents, Brand Loupe and Eve Usea Loupe; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Rodrigue and Janet Loupe. He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Loupe; his children, Kendall Loupe, Jr., Cameron Loupe and Lori L. Rodrigue (Glen Rodrigue); his granddaughter Kourtney Tregre; his great grandchildren, Edward Tregre, Remington Tregre and Emile Tregre; his siblings, Cheryl L. Bourgeois (Glen), Cathy L. Cortez (Mike), Carol L. Bourgeois (Dawn), Christie Rodrigue, Kerry Loupe (Debra), Karl Loupe, Kurtis Loupe (Tanya) and Kyle Loupe (Gwen); and his godson Doug Horn, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
