He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Loupe (Vanessa), Randall Loupe (Marla), Lionel Loupe (Karen), Wendy Livingston (Jeff) and Paulette Davis (Cary); and his brother Aurliene Loupe. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
