Hotard; his children, Delyn Hotard and Todd Roussell; his granddaughters, Rani Reulet, Hillary Savitts and Hailley Roussell; his great grandchildren, Adaline Landry, Lawsen, Jessi Claire and Ander Savitts; and his siblings, Ray, Howard, Randy, Ashton, David Hotard, Vickie H. Clement and Peggy H. Brazan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
