She is survived by: her husband Ivan Cortez Sr.; her children, Ivan Cortez Jr. (Wanda), Neil Cortez (Veronica), Marilyn Delatte (Steve) and Lona Oubre (Daniel); her siblings, Johnny Adams, Edward Adams, Margaret Usea, Laura Adams, Therise Hotard and Alane "Sam" Cortez; her grandchildren, Renee Thibodaux, Shelly Richard, Crystal Matherne and Christopher Oubre; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Landon, Abigail, Gracie, Isabella, Evan, Kinsley, Ellie and Jackson.
