He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Loupe and Amy Constant Loupe; his sons, Robin J. Loupe, Sr., Carl "Mickey" Loupe and Andrew Loupe; his brothers, Harry Loupe, Curliss Loupe, George Loupe and Michael Loupe; and his grandchildren, P. J. Loupe, Angel Loupe and Cullen Loupe.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne K. Loupe; and his sons, Peter P. Loupe (Betty) and Stuart J. Loupe (Debbie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
