He is survived by: his wife Charlene Chapman Johnson of Kolin; his children, Robert Avery (Ashley) of Kolin and Brandy Chicola (Michael) of Kolin; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Price (Blake Johnson), Lilly Price, Sydney Avery, Gaige Avery, Isabella Avery, Emmitt Avery, Hunter Chicola and Destiny Chicola.
