He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleous Skinner and Jimmie Lee Skinner; and his sister Marie Mccain. He is survived by: his wife Gloria May Skinner; his son Brandon Skinner; his stepchildren, Bwana Bendel (Quincy), Jerree May, Kawangelyn Tillis, Ramona May, James May, Michael May and Terrell May; his granddaughter Kyeliah Fruge; and his siblings, Ruby Guillory (Wesley), Katrina Guidry (Al), Evelyn Fontenot, Brinder Fondal (Keith), Donald Skinner, George Skinner, Cezar Ray Skinner, Patrick Skinner (Debra) and Fredrick Skinner. He is also survived by step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law.
Due to COVID food will be prepared as to-go at Reed Funeral Home. Mask are recommended but not required.
