She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Jack and Lucy Jack; her son Zachary Jack; and her siblings, Alton Jack and Judy Vickers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sydney Batiste, Angela Jack and Adrianna Jack; her siblings, Debra Allen (Charles), Nathan and Geneva Jackson (Edward); and her godchildren, Charles, Corry Allen, Mikail D. Jack and Chelsey Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
