It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gibson Jr. of Kinder, Louisiana, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gibson and Gladys Gibson; and his sisters, Delores Gibson and Dianne Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Bushnell Gibson; and his stepdaughters, Sharla Darbonne (Chris), Jodi Elliott (Ryan) and Kimberly Chelai Achord (Todd). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
