He is survived by: his wife Geneva Buller Fontenot of Kinder; his children, Carol Holbert, Michelle Pelican (Kenneth), Mark Fontenot (Kelly) and Christopher "Boo" Fontenot (Lindsey); his sisters, Sandra Lejeune and Karen Courville; and also, Bill Fontenot, Eddie Fontenot and Doug Fontenot. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
