She was predeceased by: her parents, Ozama Thibodeaux and Lydia Thibodeaux; her granddaughter Crystal Bertrand; and her siblings, Ozama Thibodeaux, Jr., A. J. Thibodeaux, Hazel Lalonde and Patricia Lacalle.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Bertrand, Sr. (Leah) of Kinder, Chester Bertrand, Jr. of Baton Rouge, Brice Bertrand of Eunice and Wanda Pitre (Herbert Ray) of Kinder; her brother Horace Thibodeaux of Melville; and her grandchildren, Anthony Bertrand, Jr., Donovan Bertrand, Amy Bertrand, Aleca Pitre and Cameron Pitre. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
