She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Douglas Actlis and Reverend Willie Actlis; her grandparents, Viola, Rodney Actlis, Joseph, Laura Bell Thierry and Wilie Lee Douglas; and her great-great-grandparents, Rose and Earl Woods.
She is survived by: her close friend Felix Nepveaux; her children, Jaylen Murry, Jh'Orden Actlis and Javion J. Nepveux; her stepfather Willie Lavan, Sr.; her siblings, Melissa Actlis (Missy Marie), Rosanna Actlis, Roxana Actlis, Latissa Fredericks, Philip L. Actlis, Willie Lavan Jr., Joshua Lavan and Jermain Lavan; her godchildren, Jimmie Botley Jr., Alai'Jah Bridgewater, Khingston Charles and Jh'Neiya Martin; her nieces and nephews, Alana Actlis, Paige Actlis, Amber Actlis, Paisley Actlis, Shona Fredericks, Danerian Actlis, Jamarquez Gross, Philip Actlis Jr. and Quentin Martin, Jr.; her great-niece Leilani Actlis; and her great-nephew Adonis Fredericks. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
