He is survived by: his wife Bertha Mae Botley Flanagan; his daughter Darla Kirklin (Rudell); his stepchildren, Dionne Goodly of Lake Charles, LA, Shawn Goodly (Rhonda) of Lake Charles, LA and Sharla Epps (Tim) of Kinder; his siblings, Ruth Lynette Thompson (Roosevelt) of Rasharon, TX and Carroll Hall (Bethany) of Salem, OR; and his godchildren, Queen E. Cassimere, Ariana Harmon, Nathanial, Jeremy and Natasha Edwards. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Face mask are required at the funeral home during services and visitations.
