He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Sr and Joseph Narcisse Sr; his wife Audrey Narcisse; his siblings, Fanny, Albertha, Jennetta, Ada, Hazel, Carrie, Aleada, Zelma, Joseph, Alfred, Ulysses and Nathaniel; and his stepchildren, Elvera McCarthey Scott, Richard Bartley, Ernest Bartley, Eldridge McCarthey, Robert McCarthey, Isabell Haydel, Angela Turner and Vincent Turner.
He is survived by: his sons, Vernon McCarthey and Wilfred Drake; his grandchildren, Debra, Rochelle, Morrissell "Chico", Tashonda, Reywon and Morrissell McCarthey; his siblings-in-law, Irma Drake and Ike Turner; and also Twin Oaks. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
