She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Wiley and Ben Wiley; her sons, Scott Fisackerly and Robert H. "Bob" Fisackerly, III; and her great grandchildren, Robert Fisackerly, Nathan Fisackerly and Ivanee Sustaita.
She is survived by: her husband Robert H. "Bob" Fisackerly, Jr.; her children, Beth Fisackerly Cleveland and Wiley Fisackerly (Terri); her grandchildren, Tom Cleveland (Meg), Catie Cleveland, Aileen DeHart (Nick), Linnie Sustaita (Moses), Frances Fisackerly, Lilly Fisackerly, Micah Fisackerly, Rob Fisackerly, IV, Kristen Arnold (Will), Melissa Berghaseuen (Joe), Ruth Cashen, May Clare Cashen, Bennet Cashen and Luke Cashen; and her daughter-in-law Terri Cashen (David). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Libby spent over 40 years with the Hemophilia Foundation as a founding sponsor of the Louisiana division and regional director for the National Hemophilia Foundation.
