She is survived by: her son Wayne; her daughter-in-law Cindy Duckworth of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her son Dean; her children-in-law, Lori Duckworth of Kilbourne, Louisiana, Brenda Duckworth of Kilbourne, Louisiana and Mark Jarnevich of Kilbourne, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Jarnevich, Chance Jarnevich, Nicholas Duckworth, Kayla Castilaw and Heath Duckworth. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
